Sod house interior

It has been a pleasant day. We went to the Veenpark, to drink coffee and enjoy each others company. The Veenpark is an open air museum about living and working on the moors centuries ago. Berts grandfather worked on a peat boat. Being the youngest of her generation aunt Betsie is the only person to tell about that history. Berts roots. And she likes to share it.

On the blip the interior of a bog house taken with my back towards the other end of the house,where there was room to sleep or cook. I'm not very sure. There was so little space, I cannot imagine, at all,a whole family living there.
