Climbing a volcano
Another day in beautiful Antigua - this time we spent the morning climbing Pacaya, the smallest volcano (but still counts) in the region - oh and it's an active one too, last erupted in 2010. It was a tough 1.5hour uphill hike, but worth it for some amazing views of the area. We got to toast marshmallows as the lava running under the ground gives off enough heat to brown the marshmallow nicely! At night we caught up with the Irish lads again for a rooftop drink at Cafe Sky, followed by some delicious burritos and tacos for dinner.
