Boldness

Sister in Law Jill in about a year has gone from non/never runner to this.

Today she donned her local club vest for the first time and with hubby Ian (in pic) ran her first half marathon.  Jill  you are now officially even more awesome if that was possible.

Today I had more excuses than usual not to be running the race but in the end put aside those concerns in the hope that the trail would work it's magic on me - and proceed to run my fastest half marathon for 12 years (and incidentally really enjoyed it all).
