Frog on a Log

This little Cricket Frog was only about an inch long (25mm) and was difficult to capture because the log he was on was floating (in a small pond). In order to get this shot, I had to lay down in some muck to get this shot - something I wouldn't normally do but I was already filthy anyway (see note below). 

Shortly before I took this picture,  I was walking down a hill, slipped on some mud and went down pretty hard.  I was covered in mud from head to toe and am afraid I have a minor sprained ankle.  The big lens that I had on at the time also took a beating and the front plastic piece that holds the lens hood cracked off.  Fortunately the lens itself is OK and will try to glue the plastic pieces back together.
