Before and After

I have used this title once before, but in a different context. This weekend we were busy taming the garden at the old house, which has been sadly neglected. The ivy had completely hidden the old stone garden wall. Brown bins are now full to bursting and it's a black bin collection this week. Bad planning!

(The wavy line down the middle of this image is where I've blended two photos. Didn't think to grab my camera halfway thru the procedure, which would have been the sensible thing to do. Must've been wearing my gardener's head rather than my blipper's head at the time!)
