Temple Wood

We drove South to Kilmartin to meet Mother Shipton and Snapper. From the car park near the standing stones we walked across to Temple Wood then walked up the path to Kilmartin village using the path along the line of the cairns, before turnign back and making the return walk.

We took the cars up to the Kilmartin museum car park and had tea and cake sitting outside the cafe so Maeve the Deerhound could be with us.

Afterwards there were one or two more small adventures exploring places we hadn't been before.

All in all a great day with great company. Thank you ladies :-)

Apothecary7 and I had tea and raspberry scones in the Crafty Kitchen at Ardfern before making our way back to Loch Feochan.
