Crane Fly

I had a patient visitor and model today, it was a species I have always mistaken for mosquito but now I know it is a crane fly from the family Tipulidae not a giant mosquito. They say that many crane flies look like mosquitos on steroids. :-)

Today I had another amazing day. I love learning something new every day. As I forget things easily it is not hard to achieve.

Today's yoga class was very hard with 12 Surya Namaskars each dedicated to someone, and countless Chaturanga Dandasanas. Uff. Thanks to the hard work final meditation was blissful for us while listening to the mantra Ong Namo by Snatam Kaur - I bow to the divine teacher within. I find it very powerful mantra and feel blessed.
