Choice
I love exercises, and healthy food. Since I got more time on my hands (except renovation works sighhhh ), I went a bit extreme, I think.
I call it an elixir of youth, and I'm not kidding. Every morning the same kind of smoothy routine:
- 30 gram of spinach
- 3 whole carrots (skin included )
- an apple
- 1 banana
- 20 gram of kale ( hard to come across tho)
- few strawberries
- spoon of coconut milk
- 250 ml of soya or rice milk
- 250 ml of water
It works wonders! My skin is glowing, I have plenty of energy, and most importantly (if you add a little bit of exercise ) the most stubborn fat, I hated all my life, completely disappeared :D
Addicted, me thinks.
