not mine

These aren't my sun glasses, but Ads, already for his weekend of sunshine and beer in Benidorm. But T demanded I wore them and I couldn't resist a selfie.

For a generally healthy bunch we seem to have hit a bit of a rough patch, I think in the last 2/3 months we've had an ear infection, tonsillitis, Ads been coughing for weeks, K was under the weather the weekend before last. T has had various symptoms of illness since last Wednesday and having seemed more himself yesterday vomited after breakfast today. Within the hour he was asking for a biscuit and seemed pretty much OK all day.  I'm just hoping it all passes before Ads weekend away. We've had a few too many days recently when we've had to stay in to conserve energy and not spread bugs. 

Whinge over, we are generally very lucky with our health. 

4lbs off at slimming world, 2st 13 so far. So not a bad day after an inauspicious start.
