After the rain ....

I sat on the patio in the evening sunshine enjoying the play of light on the rain-soaked garden.  Cold breeze but warm sunshine, reminding me of the mountains.

This orchid, the first to flower in the garden this year, came from a friend in Scotland where it arose as a seedling.  It certainly has Dactylorhiza foliosa in it's genes although it may be a hybrid.  It has increased nicely here :-)
