Painfully unfit!

After a fragile morning, hungover from a lovely boozy evening at Miles and Rosie's, we ventured out for some fresh air and exercise this afternoon, cycling from B's and around North third reservoir to end up at Rosie's to pick up the car where we left it last night. What should've been an enjoyable wee run on the bikes was hard work for me at the moment, not helped by the contrast of B who keeps telling me he's feeling ever so strong after all his hard training for the Monaco trip. Good for him. It wasn't helping !
