Southern Highway

Some of the roads in Belize particularly the Hummingbird highway are absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately this short stretch of the Southern Highway where our chicken bus broke down earlier isn't.
After about 40 mins of overheating on a broken down bus some Americans gave us a lift in the back of their pick-up truck to a short walk from the town we were aiming for. A decidedly windy experience!
