Highrise Living

The Cromwell Tower, part of the Barbican estate. After an extended working day, I continued my attempt to keep walking different routes through the Barbican estate, along the highwalks on my way home. Every turn seems to offer another new perspective or angle and whilst the architecture is a real love/hate thing for many, it is interesting, especially in shape and texture. Thankfully I dodged the rain for a blue sky and the odd cloud for a photo that probably doesn't reflect the day as a whole! It was raining again by the time I got home of course.
