This weekend was crazy. Sunday I treated myself to a pedicure. I knew it was going to be a challenge when I sat down and saw a sign on the wall that stated:
"we sterilize our instruments"
That was so strange. I mean isn't that a given? The women who did my pedicure cut my toe. Seriously. I should have left then. I picked out a color ( Orangy witha a shimmer) not a bright orange. She told me she liked the one she picked out better. good luck with that. (Flat orange similar to a traffic cone)
So today my toes are pretty.
I found a pair of purple Mary Janes. They are crocs. I love them. I think a blip is in order.
Yesterday Dad had a craving for lobster stew. This was a trip. We went to Town Landing Market. 13 to 15.00 a pound. I think NOT! I can't pay that just in principal. So I went to a few other local places. They were all priced like that. Last resort? Whole foods 9.99 a lb. better than nothing. so I bought two and went home and picked them. My hands were a mess. The spikes from the lobsters killed my hands. They were spikey. They were picked and stew made. One happy daddy.
I am going to try and catch the last few hours of sun
