JUBILEE THAMES FLOTILLA

2nd back blip!!!

After a lie in and then a dash to church we decided to try to head up to London. Andy forgot his phone and had ti gi back so we missed our train!!! Lucky because not only did they close London Bridge but on his phone was a message from The Rev's boss ( not him upstairs!!) .....inviting us a her riverside apartment.

We has views from battersea to past The London Eye. The atmosphere was brilliant with everyone out on the balconies cheering and waving flags. How lucky were we....warm, dry, fed and watered!!!

Getting home was difficult but I'm so glad we did it.
