Hope

Hope rounding Prawl Point on passage to Plymouth after a 36 hour voyage from Chichester. We left Chichester early Saturday morning, went south of the Isle of Wight. We rounded Portland Bill in the small hours of Sunday morning in a force 6 easterly, big sea and poor visibility. Foul tide across Lyme Bay and roared into Dartmouth in a SW 6 and very glad to get a few hours sleep, Took the down channel tide round Start Point on Monday morning past Prawl and arrived in Plymouth with the cruising chute set.
