Minstrel Bug - Technicolour Tuesday

As the weather was horrendous this morning I  tried some macro stuff with glycerine and silver ball cake decorations, see extra photo. Well it was okay but a lot harder than I had patience for today, so that's back on the drawing board!

Can anyone give me a YouTube link for the macro bubble thing I mentioned above, as I couldn't find anything at all! Thanks!

Anyway after all the torrential rain and hail it's brightened up this afternoon and so I headed down the track in search of my blip. I certainly wasn't disappointed when I came across this lovely bug perched on this plant.  Pretty thing and perfect for Technicolour Tuesday!
