Buttercups abound

Another ridiculously early start - showered by 6:30!!? What on earth is happening to me!

Some frustration with the pc on a go-slow meant that uploading photos was taking an age.

By midday there were loads of jobs done and my halo was dazzling so it was time for some 'me' time. Another trip to Farthing Downs where the buttercups spread across Happy Valley were amazing. The additional photo shows a squirrel seeking shade amongst the bluebells. It really was very beautiful and it was lovely to see so many people of all ages enjoying the scenery.

A couple of miles walk found us at The Fox pub where we sat out and had a cool drink before walking back. 

Home, roast dinner, feet up ... shattered!
