My private beach

I love Loughshinny beach which is quite close to my home as it could be deemed crowded with more than five people on it. Usually two is the average. It's a perfect place to sit and think through all the ills of the world without being disturbed by any overbearing human presence....

In the background is the Martello Tower on the headland of Drumanagh built in 1803 as a defence against Napolean and behind that Lambay Island.....well overdue a visit.....just saying
