Our Governing Body support "Freedom to Speak Up"

At our Governing Body meeting today,  @CarmelOBrien11 outlined our plans for a Freedom to Speak Up programme, making clear our intention to encourage and support staff who need to raise concerns or challenge any suggestion of bullying.
