Naked at the Albert Hall

The title of a book by Tracey Thorn, who I heard  this evening at the Spiegeltent reading from her book, discussing the ups and downs of being in a successful band and taking questions from the audience.

It was a good end to a lovely day - I had the day off and did nice things like sorting out some new specs (they are wild!) and having lunch with Roland.

Then at the weekend we're off to Brighton for a few days to help a friend celebrate her 50th birthday.
