Ate a giant tea, didn't go out on my bike and nearly forgot to blip! Not a day when things go to plan clearly. This Ray Mears autobiography is on my list to read - I think he's fab - and looking around tonight for a blip I hadn't realised how bizarre his disembodied head looks beside a Muppet.
