waiting in the car park for a space, a guy came over to admire ella and I got chatting to him. I was admiring his lapel full of yes and snp badges - he was on his way back from a trip to london (where he was originally from) back to shetland where he now stays. he told me his pals in london were all disappointed not to be able to vote snp and how disappointed he was that his mp remained alistair carmichael. at least we gave him a fright, he said.
