Theodore

As I was leaving the grocery store I saw this giant chipmunk in the trunk of a car.  I hurried to my car and came back with my camera just as the owner was heading for the car.  He explained that Alvin and Simon had already been sold and he was trying to find a home for Theodore.  He assured me that his big tail was safe at home and he would go get it if I wanted to buy him for $40.  I actually considered it for a fleeting second... but declined his generous offer.  He was nice enough to let me take a few pictures before he drove off, leaving me to wonder why he had three giant chipmunks in the first place.   It was such an interesting sight and encounter that it had to be my blip today.  :-)
