So, like every now and then reality steps up to the plate and says "hey stupid, the lights changed, move it"

Golden Gate Park is one of the city's landmarks, back in the 'hippy-dippy' days, (allegedly) free love and 'heavenly-red' marijuana in the park were as common as the flowers in her hair: or so they say!

Thankfully, those - 60's - offers were not being repeated today

The "very idea" of two tottering old (well, one of us at any rate) senior citizens sharing a "spiff" was reason enough to give her the contenance of that cat in Cheshire

"and if you go chasing rabbits, and you know you're going to fall, tell 'em a hookah-smoking caterpillar has given you the call"

"and call Alice, when she was just small"

It was just one of those "only in San Francisco" days in the park.
