A CLEFT CHESTNUT FENCE IN TRANSITION

Today is the day when the Lyme Regis ArtsFest Public Liability insurance protection STARTS! What is it we are protecting ourselves from? Where are all these sculptures?  

Well, I have made a modest start - if someone hurts themselves on this willow embellishment at the church's boundary we are protected. I have done the risk assessment too - so have no fear.  When it's done it may be called 'Vibrant Skyline'; It depends on whether or not it's noticeable from the sea walk.
