Jubilee Pageant

Back blip as we didn't get home till 10.30 last night and I haven't had a minute all day to get on a computer.

Kirsty and I went into London for the day. We'd planned it ages ago before knowing about the pageant so seeing some of the boats was an added bonus. We didn't see the pageant itself as we were at the theatre watching Rock Of Ages but saw some of the boats afterwards up at Tower Bridge. We also went to the Hummingbird Bakery, did some shopping and went to Nandos for dinner. The train in was mobbed and all round the river was so, so busy but the shops were eerily quiet. It was a great day out but we were shattered and looking like drowned rats by the time we got home!
