Hobz

Hobz biz zeit is a national dish of Malta which we have everyday for lunch and it is delicious.
The name Hobz biz-zeit -translates as bread with oil. Thick slices of Maltese bread are spread with the beloved sweetish tomato paste called kunserva and topped with tuna, onions, lettuce, olives and a drizzle of olive oil. Nom nom nom
