Shattered

Not the most flattering photo of me you're ever likely to see. I hope. I'm tired. Beyond tired, I'm shattered. Work was not fun today.

Still, gym was OK... stepped my program up a notch, and struggled through it. Mathew brought lunch to work for me too, which was nice :-)

Gym again tomorrow, followed by another 11 1/2 hour shift at work... but it will be better than today's :)
