Smiley anyone?

The man in the photo is making lunch - a local delicacy - sheep head or a smiley as it's called.  Basically the hair and skin is singed off, the skin turned inside out and the whole thing roasted.  Not really to my taste!!

I've just spent a really exciting morning with a group from education and health departments as well as a number of NGO visiting local schools to invite them to participate in a pilot project.  I can't give you too many details yet, but everyone is super excited and we have far more people wanted to join the project than we have money to produce materials. 

I'm having such an exciting time at work at the moment!  xxx
