I never know what to write some times as i do the same most days a bit of house work and keep nipping molly out for a pee 

Today has been no different we did go out on our own then keith rang to say he would be only ten mins and we would go on the sea front for a cuppa 

so i got molly ready again which she did not mind as the was a buzzy fly about which she seems scared of and all ways tries and hides from I had to pick her up and bring her in to the living room as all she was doing was sitting in the hallway

we had a lovely walk with Keith down the front had our cuppa and ice cream while looking out to sea 

out for a roast dinner tonight then back for a bath and watch Peter Kay
on the BBC
