Bluebells
Out with the Wednesday Walkers today, and we took the train into Glasgow and had a quick dash to the platform for the train to Lochwinnoch. Walked along to the Visitor Centre and had coffee, and then walked along the loch and up to a new viewpoint. We had lunch at the ruins of the Collegiate Church, before heading back to the centre and to the station for home. Lots of wild flowers, and swathes of bluebells, really beautiful.
The weather was wonderful, sunny all day, with a little wind.
Lots of activity on the loch, with ducks, swans, geese, canoists and some disabled people out in boats on the loch. Great to see.
