Peony

My mum's peonies are the size of bread and butter plates, and always bloom about a week before mine. Pink, red, white...single, double...so pretty. 
Stopped in at lunch time to give her some lettuce from my garden, and snapped these. 
Oooh - shoulda cropped out the bug...
