All Hunkered Down
For May its cold and very windy, the north westerly's are blowing straight in the blue tit box so its no wonder the nestlings are snug down deep in the nest. There are seven but a couple are tucked right in the nest. I'm really pleased that I got the mealworms to put out for them as with this unseasonable cold I think the parents (see extra) would really have struggled to find food for them.
