Frustration

What makes me crazy:
1 People
2 Cats that knock things off of my nightstand at 3am
3 Apples that go bad
4 The fact that you have to keep cleaning.
5 I mean it doesn't stay clean
6 floors that need to be vacuumed more than once a year.
7 time or rather the lack of it
8 empty candy bar wrappers
9 mice
10 messy rooms
Things that make me smile:
1 heavy trash day in Cumberland
2 finding an arbor on the side of the road
3 tying it to the roof of the car with my friend Susan
4 a clean room
5 a full candy wrapper
6 2 full candy wrappers
7 lunch walks
8 14k steps today
9 knowing I have a gig tomorrow
10 and one Saturday
11 and the chance to visit my sister this weekend
My frustraton is usually short lived. I can usually find a solution quickly
I said the MF word a lot tonight as I cleaned. I truly believe it helped. I m going to have to quit it cold turkey next week.
