Napa Valley

As it was my husbands (dekay) birthday today, we went on a wine country tour in Napa Valley!! Met some wonderful people & tasted some lovely wines! Was raining this morning which we were told was very rare in Napa Valley! It must have followed us from Scotland.

The rose bushes at the end of the vines are planted as they can be an early warning to what is happening with the grapes! For instance if there is an early frost the roses will turn mouldy, so they have to rescue the grapes before the same fate happens!!
