Discovery Bay Resort

Yup, that's where we live! Owned by Hong Kong Resort group. It's such a lovely enclave and views like this remind me constantly how blessed we are.

Of course there are lots of issues with the organisation itself and the way they manage DB, but it's mostly good.

It has rained pretty much all day with one or two dry spots. I guess we're into monsoon season already.

Managed to rest up today after a very busy few days. Had a lovely visit from friends Bob and Gail whom we visited in the U.S. They're doing six months of teaching English in China. They have he luxury of time, being retired and all.

Jon is really in his final days of school now, all projects need to be finished and submitted tomorrow and some next week. Oh my, where has the time gone????
