Happy birthday BabyCyclops!

BabyCyclops is one year old today! Looking at him now you'd never believe where we were on this day last year. 4lb1oz and dragged out into the world more than six weeks early.

Now our big boy is thriving. Bold and mischievous. We took lots of photos today but chose this one because it is just what he is like - down the perilous windowed tube at the soft play, hanging out over the grownups and looking towards the Royal Yacht, and banging on the window.

The day itself didn't really go to plan as cyclops had a vomiting bug the day before so felt rubbish, one Grandma cancelled as she also had it, and MrsCyclops got it later in the day. BabyCyclops himself threw up twice during the day, although he seemed in better spirits than the grownups.

We managed lunch out and soft play, and opened many lovely presents. Main presents included a ball pool and a drum. BabyCyclops enjoyed being sung to.

We may need to have another go at the birthday day out when everyone feels better.
