Inside today

Ugh. What a day. Monday Monday Monday. Had a super slow day at the store. It's bound to happen, I guess. The weather was gray and dreary. Rained off and on. The wind even tried to outdo all the other weather. On the other hand, I felt better today! Kind of back to my cheery self. And, the donut is AWESOME! Since it was slow, I was able to get a lot of paperwork stuff done. Makes going in tomorrow less, oh, mondayish :)

Since the rain didn't let up I decided to bring a couple calla lilies in and play with them. I took shots of them in different lighting. In front of different backgrounds like the fire and guitar. Finally went simple against black background. When I played with the b&w I thought it looked so much better. So, there ya go!

Tomorrow is Glenns birthday! I am so very excited! I got him something that he would never in a million years guess so I can't wait to give it to him!! It will be my photo for tomorrow so you can all see! :)
Tomorrow I also go to the dentist. bleh. I have always had dentist anxiety. It is just for a cleaning so it's not that bad but why do they have to lay you back so you feel upside down and like you are going to slide out of the chair?? Is it just me?? ugh. Kind of glad because I have a cap on my front tooth that came loose a week ago or so. Been fearful that it was going to pop out while I was talking to somebody!! :o) Happy to get that fixed, at least.
We are heading up to the Portland area on Wed. Going to stop and take our middle guy out to dinner. Then head up to Newberg where we will be meeting our daughters new boyfriend! AND, she will have birthday cake ready for her dad. I am so looking forward to seeing the kids and my critters!! A tad worried about Glenns Dr. appointment. Hoping it isn't too bad of news about his back. All I can do is pray.

Well, off for my nightly swim!! I am VERY careful when I go down the stairs now!!
