what makes coming out here so great is that i have all the time in the world to perfectly relax, hang out, and be chill with no obligations. yet, at the same time, i can slowly catch up on projects or tasks that have been needling me, too. got some calculus done today after another run this morning.

i love going to the movies here, too, more than anywhere else, because you can see anything. there's no question of whether a movie is playing in LA, the only question is where. spent some time in the theater today after a refreshing brunch and a postcard run.

but the best thing is we ended the day drinking blackberry lemon drop martinis with homemade blackberry syrup and limoncello, sitting on the couch, just relaxing, and some guy brought us indian food (don't worry, we paid him to do that).
