Relentless Red-Winged Blackbirds
I went to see the eagles this morning at Bethany Lake. I've noticed they've been using a new tree to perch on occasionally, and this morning the red-winged blackbirds did not like this one bit! They relentlessly attacked the eagle over and over until she flew off across the way to a branch above the nest in the wetlands. She would duck and cover over and over as they swooped in to peck her, but they got the best of her.
