Quiet Before The Storm

Still waters reflect the advance of the forecast snow and wild winds. Mild morning temperature of 15 encouraged me to take the canine for a walk. Even as we walked along the harbour front the wind rose and the temperature plunged.

So ..... Plenty of gas in the tanks for heating, soup for tea, early to bed and Apples and Quinces to be preserved tomorrow whilst the storm envelops us. All sorted!! Stay safe and warm everyone down this end of the globe.
