Went to Stranmillis University College this morning to see the tutor I had when I was doing my MA.  She had a recent bereavement and it was good to talk with her.

Lunchtime had a meeting with a group who are supporting a mental health facility in Malawi - we were discussing their forthcoming visit in August!

Beautiful blue skies today but its really cold!!
