Bed for sale

Bad day today. Found out that the buyer for the flat needs to sell his place before he can buy ours and he hasn’t signed the missives on that yet so won’t be signing ours. We were also told that he was a cash buyer but it turns out he needed the home valuation refreshment to get his mortgage approved. We believe that he has a mortgage now but not sure what other lies his solicitor has been telling us. The estate agent was very apologetic, as he didn’t know either. J is going to speak to our solicitor to see if we should put it back on the market this weekend to protect ourselves just in case.

Went over to the flat and took some photos of the old bed we are going to sell. Planning on putting it on Gum Tree this weekend if we get the missives signed by then.
