Quimperle, Brittany

We visited here because my sister came here many moons ago on a student exchange type deal. Unusually there is a "high" town and a "low" town - though both are interesting and a mix of medieval, art deco, and modern. The river runs through the low town and branches off in several directions creating these lovely waterways - the restaurant we eat at even had tables on the bridge (though it was way too chilly and windy to sit out when we were there).
