Transport day 4- mobility scooter

I had hoped to be able to get a picture of a tram today, but best laid plans in all.  After work I went for a walk up to the shops.  When I got to the end of Ravenscroft Street I saw this mobility scooter.  It is not unusual to see mobility scooters in my area, particularly at the end of Ravenscroft Street.  The surprising thing was that there was not a mobility scooter outside the Mechanic Arms pub across the street from the bank where this photo was taken.  The majority of the time I see a mobility scooter outside the pub!  My husband and our friends have also commented about it and we all wonder if there are any laws against drinking and driving mobility scooters!!
