Buttercup Bazzy
While on our walk this morning I took my camera out to take photos of the buttercups in the grass verge. Basil took the cue from that and plomped down in the grass, as you can see.
I suspect the grass will have been cut by tomorrow. A man was going around on a mower tractor. Perhaps the company is only contracted for council gardening once a month.
Late this afternoon, I met Hayley at Leicestershire County Council's new Registry Office at Glenfield. Very nicely refurbished and a big space of lawn outside under a huge tree which will do nicely for group photos.
Hayley was taking shots of a new citizen ceremony. I came in to sing too early when we all got up to sing the National Anthem.
