Knackered

I was really looking forward to a run with my club tonight.

I'm making good progress with the marking, I got away from work on time, and the sun was shining.

My plans were scuppered when I sat down in the conservatory listening to the birds in the garden and fell asleep.

That would suggest I'm knackered
