Cowshed

A sad day today, attending a family funeral.  After the service, the family gathered at the farmhouse for one last time. 

We took the opportunity to look around at the once busy barns, sheds and milking parlour. This shed was once full of the dairy cows, but is now empty and a little run down.  It is obvious that is hasn't been in use for some years and is beginning to look distinctly uncared for.

In a couple of weeks there will be new owners who can hopefully restore the buildings to their former glory and put them to new use.
