A Magic Little Spot

Jan and I went for a walk from home today, out into the forest along a 6 km route we don’t walk so often.  It was a day of sun, blue sky and BIG cumulus clouds. I was fairly sure I’d be blipping a landscape with that lovely cloudscape but in the end THAT picture only made it to the extra blip spot.
Instead it was this much more intimate spot that caught my eye. This forest corner was just off the path and as we’d been walking under the sun and getting warm the sound of the small trickling waterfall drew us to the spot.
A beam of sunlight leaked through the forest canopy and illuminated the little cascade and the green moss all around it.
A magic little spot!
